Richard is the Lead Nutritionist for Scottish Rugby and has been with the organisation for the past 6 years. His role requires him to coordinate the nutrition service throughout all of Scottish Rugby’s teams and he directly support the senior professional players. Prior to Scottish Rugby he worked for the English Institute of Sport on the Olympic Judo and Boxing programmes prior to the 2008 Games.
