Dr. Tommy Wood completed a degree in biochemistry at Cambridge University before studying medicine at Oxford. After working for two years as a doctor in central London, he is now researching neonatal brain metabolism for his PhD. He believes in a whole-foods approach to diet, and that food, movement, sleep, community, and the outdoors should be at the core of the treatment for any illness. Dr. Wood is the Chief Scientific Officer for the Physicians and Ancestral Health Society, and has lectured internationally on systematic approaches to treating chronic diseases.
